Two part question if anyone has any experience or advice on this subject please .....
1. If network rail need to access your land in order to carry out the work for electrifying the line what type and how much compensation is roughly to be expected ?
2. In the case of tenanted land under an old style AHA tenancy, who receives the compensation and who has the final say of access over / on the land ? Is it the landlord or tenant ?
