Spent 4 hours infront of a laptop trying to justify to some lefty, socialist, jealous planning officer, that I should be allowed a house

My wife sent me a photo of a new arrival @B R C she's only 14 months old! How did you get away without having them for so long?

Chap from the local Wildlife Trust came and counted our barn owl chicks.
With in a couple of minutes I could show you any number of great crested newts, sky larks and hares here.
Thanks to the shoot we also have grey partridge and if you were very lucky I might be able to find you evidence of dormice.
But according to the media the countryside is dead and stagnant. Idiots.

We had the same battle with the same type of planning officer 25 yrs ago - even though everyone else locally supported us -Dont give up ....they like to put up a fair old test...and that big chip on their ignorant shoulders doesn't help...our planning officer retired early and now spends his time travelling around the world on a jolly.

I must be meaner than you! The second one came within two weeks of the first! I have taken to evening it up with parts for a Caterham, the first was just a couple of wheels, the second very nearly an engine!

More info.
Steve called me at 8am saying He'd got nearly 4000 bales out in stacks, 25 acres loose and rain due later. Could I help?

Had nothing special on so... Hell Yeah!

4 of us with bale carriers had them clear by midday :)

Then International (grass) rescue arrived (cue the Thunderbirds theme) with an MF6480 on the baler and a Case MX110 on the wrapper to catch and make safe the grass not ready for the small baler yet (as haylage)

In front of 3 Welgar AP830's. That made 4 Deere 6630 premiums in the field

Then I dropped onto another JCB 520 to help the other 2 stack while another 4 chaps carted the bales in to....

Poor old Pete on the hardest worked dinosaur in the South

Just brought the last ones in as the rain started. It's great when a plan comes together!
Excellent!

And 3 AP830s together.

International Grass Rescue ...........
Excellent work, but how would you explain that to a Townie?
Giving out about someone leaving a bit of hay around the headland, maybe 10 bales if that, we must be mad are we?

Indeed, and all his!

He does around 1000 acres of hay each year, 2 cuts on 500 acres.

At last count I think I made it 24 tractors he had (from old IH674's to 4 deere 6630's), 2 jcb 520's, a jcb 530-67, a new Kramer 2560, 4 Fella 13 foot mowers, 2 Kuhn 10 metre tedders, a Kuhn 18 metre tedder and I counted 14 bale carriers (excluding the heap of scraped ones).

Quite a set up!
