Steel sizes

Thinking of creating a retaining wall from RSJ's cast in to the ground (at a slight angel maybe)? and pre-cast concrete panels between them panels would be 15' long -total run of 60'. maximum height would be around 6'. BUT I would also like to make use of the retaining wall steels to be able to bolt on a steel frame building to them at a later date.

What are peoples thoughts on having either a bolt connection or a welded connection like this and steel sizes needed?

Hope it makes sense. It will be an addition to an existing building- so effectively a lean too.

What size building will you be building off it?

We just finished a building, 15m wide which is being cut into a bank, it has a 3m high retaining wall along the back that is cut into the bank. The columns are 6.5m high and are 457x191x67ub
