Fitted new discs new pads and extra calipers to Fastrac . View attachment 371830View attachment 371832

Interesting conversion:cool:, that pipe does look a bit vulnerable as has been said, possibly you could make it a nice fit in copper for a pattern and then have a piece made up in steel, it would be more durable (would take a knock better), and maybe use a banjo on the calliper to keep it nice and close? You could still attach it to the other calliper via a flexi to make it easier? It would be up out of the way I assume?
Did the instructions advise to fit the pipe in the top port of the calliper? Because in my mind it should be in the bottom with the bleed at the top?

Nice to see someone modifying and upgrading kit(y)

Will copper be up to (basically) commercial spec? Always used copper on Land Rover rebuilds but seem to remember somebody muttering that it wasn't really up to comp. spec etc

Supplied with the kit I know so not questioning you @Hilly, just wondering

No instructions, pipes made up and pre bent to nearly correct shape, im no expert just piped it with the pipes supplied and they landed at that port so that port they went in but you may well be correct.

I presume it's an air /hydraulic system
Sometimes you can have problems bleeding the system if bleed nipples are at the bottom
