i sent you an email in April questioning my payment and the theft of entitlements by your system and I have had an email this week saying that'' your message has been deleted unread'', if that is what happens what is the point of writing /emailing you?

Hi, can you please email us your details including SBI to [email protected] and we'll investigate for you, thank you.

Ouch.
I sent mine recorded delivery snail mail. But perhaps 13,500 emails (at least) blocked the system.

With regards to the mistakes/fines that occurred, for example we had an 11ha field of grass (that has always been grass and always been claimed) classed as ineligible and had our claim reduced by this amount and the fined the same amount (£3800), has anyone else in a similar situation actually received their recompense? Or just received the email to say it's being looked into over the next few months?

I got fined for over claiming back in June but we have put in a claim to rpa as it was them that lost my fields I did receive a letter about 10 days ago say they are looking into it but no money as yet . I do use a agent for this work and he has got several claims in for people and as far as I now he has not seen any payments yet

Looks like we are in the same boat.
I use an agent, and both the agent and RPA told me they will sort it over the summer.
They also told me they have 10,000 similar issues to resolve!

The figure quoted by @Guy Smith was 13,500, which they hoped to sort out, and then seamlessly stitch into the 2016 claims.
Allegedly.
Ours too was a vapourised land parcel, and its entitlements. But no fines.

RPA will have to sort out this unholy mess, because those of us who have claimed in 2016, as instructed, on the entitlements we thought we had and should have, will have then committed the cardinal sin of over claiming for entitlements we do not have. In theory.
Where do all these stolen entitlements go?
Is there a pile of vapourised fields somewhere in RPA Towers?
They shouldn't be soooo different from previous years, surely, unless GB / England has shrunk?

I think that's an excellent point. We will be keen to find out how many entitlements have been lost between 2015 and 2016 and how much underspend there has been.

After questing Mr Grimshaw re common land entitlements and payments it would seem none of us will be told what entitlements we have been allocated but they will put up on their site how many for each common. So any one with coomons rights has no idea if they have enough entitlments or how much they should have been paid just how much they have been paid if you do some maths. Is there a reason for this @Guy Smith as its confusing enough as it is without this sort of none information.

As if things weren't bad enough at the moment in this game: we like many many more commoners/hill farmers will have lost a considerable number of entitlements to the National reserve as a result of this this new remapping exercise and new methodology. If we had been forewarned they could have been sold in advance, rather than lost from our business. It feels personal as they were bought from the fruits of hard labour in recent years. To add insult to injury us commoners will probably be fined for overclaiming both in 2015 and 2016 despite not having the ha to LU figures from 2015. The RPA are truly a disgrace to the UK, not fit for purpose and should be disbanded in my opinion - only just over a year ago we went to a meeting where we were told by an RPA rep' that commoners would do much better under the new system (following the Mininchampton case).
