Just got an iphone 5s but it won't recognise my email account (BT mail via windows live). Password is correct, but it won't have it. Any ideas? Please keep it simple, I was born too soon for this technology lark! Many thanks.

Thanks for reply. When trying to set up email, the phone gives a list of recognised providers (AOL etc), but not BT. Then go to 'others', where it asks for email address and password. Put these in and it searches for account, but says one or other is not recognised. Changed password last night, so no mistake there. I wonder if there is an older password for BT.mail which the phone states is the provider. If so, that will be 15 years ago so no chance of remembering that. Will have to speak to BT (God help me). Should have stuck with Samsung!
