On page 28 of that document shows the gear wheel arrangement. Acton Scott have one like it but out in the open yard rather than in a building.

i thought I could count on you to come up with an "economical" solution!!

Are the 19kg ones about 4 foot tall? Be a bugger if they are cos me and my mate just turned one into a bbq and it's the only one I had
