Looking For Work 14, looking for work experience in suffolk

Hi, I'm 14 and looking to start a career in agriculture. I have no previous experience so am looking at this job as a way to make myself more employable via gaining new skills. I'm looking for a small farm that uses mostly older equipment as I believe this is the best place to start. The job preferably has to be within reasonable biking distance of kessingland but I would be able to arrange transport to the job myself if not. I can work almost all saturdays and sundays and also depending on the distance some week nights where needed. I will consider any job but these are my preferences.
