We're looking at a Cornell but we're regularly reaching 250m3/hr and peaking at 270m3/hr with a pto driven hd35, also enquired about a doda hd45.
Are you running 6" supply lines and spreading with 5" ? As that pump set up you have should do over 200cube no problem, if you run a Cornell hard you will do 300+ cube very easy but unless you are working with a 24 meter dribble bar turning can be a problem, unless you can turn right a round with out stopping, did you find the pit pal made a big difference to your systems out put ?

Hi, yes we're running 6" delivery and 5" spreading pipe and have been for a few years now. Think the horse power is what lets it down for a big system. We've tried it with 8" suction pipes but never had a pit pal in the lagoon. Also been running a 24m dribble bar for 5 seasons, other spreader is a 12m dribble bar which copes with 220m3 but that's about as much as you want with that width.

Thanks @Peppa pig .

How are you getting on with the Cornell pump? Are you using a pit pal?

Cornell pump going very well, Going to use a pit pal with it when working out of deep tanks & lagoons as the cornell takes a lot of slurry & two having 6 " in hose to feed it is a pain as if you only use one it will suck reinforced hose in when sucking out of a deep tank. , so just going to use a pit pal when it is not connected up to a tower out let.
