how big are we talking?

About 7" wide by about 2ft long maybe more and 4" deep? at a guess got a pipe in & out at each end which is about 2 1/2" or 3" dia hoses just pushes on with jubilee clip. it has 2 threaded mounts but thinking about it one has been re drilled and they gone right through! could be sealed with a bolt and fibre washer I guess? Its the Bar and plate style Aluminium rad.

I'll get a pic of it tomorrow for you if you want?

Yes a pic would be good, I was planning on having a fan on it but I large rad will dispel lots of heat

Couple pics of intercooler. Might be awkward with the hoses. Should take a fair bit of flow. The redrock had a similar sized section for hyd oil but it had smaller tubes in it! That took the full return flow of 110litres but had to have a bypass valve as with cold oil you got pressure spikes on return when closing rams as there is more volume of oil going back in return when closing a ram and it would split the cooler hense a bypass valve needed.

It was lethal, a few drops in a bottle of beer and it was sweet dreams.
pressure cooker on stove, copper pipe tower, ans termometer at top, condensing coil
and wow, there are other ways, like freezing the water content and removing,
or there is an evaporator and condenser thats getting good reviews.
Some poisions come off below 73 ish degrees, then the pure spirit at about 74.
carefull control of temp is the key
