It appears you have been treated very unfairly. I would write to your MP, you've not got anything to loose

I can assure you the RPA haven't seen the last of me yet, especially after being told that any info given out by the helpline may infact not actually be correct !.
I mean honestly if the people that administer the scheme and supply a helpline to do so don't know how the scheme works then god help the rest of us for sorting our claims out !.
I'm currently formulating my plan of attack !.

Only now opened the mail as I have been up at Lamma since early Tuesday morning and yes I have the dreaded letter saying hopefully I should get paid by march I went to the RPA stand up at Lamma and asked why the problems again and all the reasons they told me did not apply to my claim total waste of time them being there had the same claim for a few years now they messed it up last time and told me it was now sorted out as they had found the fields that they had lost but it looks like they have forgotten where they put them again good job I now where they are as not got time to drive round all day in my tractor looking for them

I got a phone call today from a very pleasant chap at the RPA to let me know that a very small proportion of claimants had been affected by a system error whilst their claim was being processed. I am one of those affected. I'm guessing that is how I came to have 1.25 million entitlements.

He said that upper management were aware of the problem and were doing their best to find a solution and get outstanding payments out as quickly as possible.

I asked whether payment would likely be in weeks or months but he said that he could not answer that one.

It's reassuring to know that they are working on the problem. Let's hope that they can sort it out quickly.

I haven't been paid due to remote inspection. The remote inspection was inconclusive due to cloud cover. Whats the next step....the don't know...yet!

Had a very similar call today from a very switch on and informative person from the rpa and I also have a sytem error on my application that when they checked the mapping changes and okayed them they cannot find a way to remove the stop on the sysyem to forward the claim along the payment process . How i understand it is the computer will simple not let them change the status of the claim, they said their are many claims with this error and don't now how to proceed , so I don't expect payment any time soon.

Had the letter on the 16th saying about the delay in payment ,had another letter on the 23 dated the 13th saying how much they was going to pay had time to go to bank today and it turns out they paid me on the 17th and it looks like I have been paid in full

Another week gone by and no further forward, no info, not able to talk to a case worker just told the are busy, and reminded that they are well inside the payment window still. Still on claim validation.

Spoke to our agent and they dont have anything scheduled but will be calling later to see what they are on about.

Don't hold your breath, my agent has sent two emails no response! And I've asked them to phone up today on my behalf (as I don't think I could remain civil for long enough,) no response so far

Had a man ring yesterday saying he has got to come and look at a field due to this so called cloud cover issue .He said he will not even get out of his car !!!
This is the sort of job i could do with .He's got 12 fields to look at !!!

So if only 5% remaining to be paid , as confirmed by our NFU , who hasn't up dated their info for the above survey as still sits at 47.8% not paid?
