And if the Waugh brothers were following swill treatment rules [emoji15]?
It seems they were not,as they allegedly had cutlery in the troughs. They had had visits some two weeks before, with no signs of F and M,and then it is meant to turn up in a two week window, where historically it only rears its ugly head once every 15 years or so.

wasn't it found in sheep weeks before that

Total rubbish!

So what did start the outbreak?

We all know the one that Henarar is referencing. The one where the man was feeding uncooked swill from Fenham Barracks. Henarar lives at the outermost edge of England so cannot be expected to be any more accurate than Heddon-on-the-Wall.

What was the official report decision?

The EU budget was €350bn in 2014. Net U.K. Contribution was €12bn. Hardly a big proportion.

I don't think those figures are right. According to the EU's own website (here: http://ec.europa.eu/budget/figures/interactive/index_en.cfm) the EU budget was €145bn in 2015, and the UK's gross contribution to that budget was about €18bn (That's after our rebate, and we do receive some of the spending from the budget as well). But the UK does contribute over 12% of the total revenue the EU receives.

They will feel it when we (and our financial contribution) leave.

Considering a lot of the EU is made up of scrounging Eastern Europeans, a 12% contribution when it is 10% of the population doesn't really seem to be punching over its weight?

Thats after the rebate, if it wasn't for the rebate it would be 16-17%. Plus we are one of the largest net contributors, after Germany. In fact we are fast catching Germany up - their net contribution for 2015 was approximately €13bn, the UK's was €10.5bn, when a few years ago they were 3 times us. This is due to the largest proportion of a country's contribution being based on GDP - as the UK has been growing faster than Germany over the last few years, plus its farm sector being relatively small, means our net contribution is rising fast, even after the rebate. In fact if it wasn't for the rebate the UK would now be the largest EU contributor (the rebate was over €6bn in 2015). Thank you Mrs T for that silver lining.

Government cover ups are two a penny. If I was searching for a scapegoat to blame, a pig Farm in the area feeding swill would be my number one candidate.

And it "The EU" is going to want to take €60bn as a divorce settlement.

That's the first 5 years of our freedom down the drain then before we can start to take back control.......
lots of bitches demanding more than their fare share when it comes to divorce, the waling bitches in the EU look to be not better

sometimes you have to spend money to get out of a bad situation
