Hi, i am new to all this, but have just installed a used Ro ka 12000litre tank and ice builder. I have the instructions for the tank but not the ice builder timer, cant make head nor tail of it and cant find anything on internet about it. Anyone know anything about these?

Yes, thanks for replys. I have experience with D & D from the old days when we milked cows!!!! They were also after this tank and ice builder direct from the farm that i bought it off so i dont think i will get them involved. Yes Graham1213 it is a ro ka fadant box so it is good to know i can only change start time , i should be able to work this out now. I will try to put a picture on tomorrow of tank controls. Thanks for all replys.

Is it true GEA kicked them into touch ?

Don't know what ever happened to them used to be a very decent outfit on the parlour side apparently. Those of us who were unfortunate enough to deal with old Sinjin weren't so lucky. Wouldn't have been so bad if the kit actually worked after they'd been out ten times to the same thing.

The chap that fitted it said a time clock would be good idea, i have spoken to electrician and he will fit one friday! I am very impressed with ice builder as the milk seems to hit the tank at around 2 degrees, so the tank doesnt seem to do much. I should point out that we milk goats so probably not doing the volumes you cow men are doing.
