Beware who looks in on here.

I find I only read about 1 in 100 posts anyway and miss loads of good threads, so howcan "they" keep on top of it?
There are definitely moles about though. Saw one of these just now on the A31:

But....Lincolnshire is a big place......and I assume your real name isn't DrWazzock ?:D

Correct. But somehow they found out who I was, probably from piecing together stuff on the forum, or maybe somebody did shop me in, I'll never really know but am not too bothered as I've nothing to hide.

All I'm saying is if you value privacy, be careful of the trail you leave. That was the reason for this thread.

Particularly I'd say be careful of the details you leave in the classifieds ads section. Never leave your postcode or mobile number for public view IMO. Only give it out in private message if you think the enquirer is bona fide. Otherwise it's a trail for the light fingered brigade.

I would imagine the 'Seed Police' would know how to word a Google search on the forum to flag up anyone talking about trading or home saving seed.
A clever person could probably set it up to be automatic too.

No need to be paranoid, just take care with details you give out. The seed police enquire taught me a few useful lessons.

Try typing a few of your own personal and private details into Google and see what comes up?

It's sensible to check your own cyber security now and again.
