Also called Ormskirk Heeler, primarily a cattle dog, would run round nipping the heels of cattle , hence the name.

My wife took her time to research different breeds, read 7 books on the subject and decided she wanted a miniature Schnauzer.
Well, designed dog or rather a bitch had to be Gucci! She lived up to her name... she was awesome!
Unfortunately she loved to chew on the ostrich bits and swallowed big chunk. Mis-diagnosed by the vet... they didn't see the organic matter on the x-ray(?) and after a week in ICU she passed away.

Sorry to hear that [emoji53] I've got a miniature schnauzer called Morgan

Lovely breed

Daftest name of a hound I was supposed to be in charge of was Crumpet. May sound rather amusing in the show ring, but definitely not at dusk when you're trying to find him in a woodland area populated by deer and urban courting couples. This was years before dogging .
Not sure! We had one called Custard!
The B.T's Poppy, Penny, Pippa, Holly, Molly, Fizzy and the best BT ever, my avatar, Ralph(RIP):(

Dad had a collie called Boki (I think it was a derivation of sprinbok, but no idea why.

Our current dog is called Bailey, but more often "shut the f**k up Bailey as he likes barking at people he knows when they least expect it!

Collies Jem and Jess.
Scoot, a brown russell sort of thing out of a heeler x russell. She was called Pip, but you know how dogs names evolve as they grow up, usually referred to as "little turd" when she does the rattlesnake tail thing when she knows you are talking about her.

The two collies here are Dex and Sam. Dex is tricoloured but has never been to sheep and Sam is b&w and decent worker and good for catching ewes but is getting old now
