Do you mean LFASS 2016? We are still waiting for the top up to the 2015 payment, so I don't imagine it'll be any time soon. Department have only just started working on 2016 IACS forms.

I was told late June/early July 80%.
Also told that 2018 could be the last Lfass, and they are not having a replacement scheme as we thought... The ANC thing out the window...

Bit early for april fools isn't it?!! I'm not holding out much hope of seeing it anytime soon.
Bit strange that no-one else has got theirs, its not showing up on the rural payments page, its not calf scheme money as thats down as anticipated and its a different amount. So its a mystery , but until they ask for it back or send me a letter then its staying where it is

Ten days ago Fergus Ewing was saying it wouldn't be paid until June.

They've announced a loan scheme now though. Letters to be sent this month, sometime, eventually.

We lost ours years ago, our marvellous Welsh Govt said it was against EU and World trade agreements, so they could keep the cash themselves

Turns out they made a mistake and paid me in error. I think they do this quite a lot. I did say I will just keep it in leau of the LFA or calf money due me but they want it back...

RP online statement Is quoting we (I) are (is)'vulnerable' .... that is a choice word in this day and age.. Having said that I do get that raped and pillaged (even shafted) feeling most times I sell anything ..however apparently we are to receive another loan for this Lfass payment - apparently the same thing we got last year (that's a new one on me but..) Also we have all (most of us) received 90% of BPS/ greening/YFS..another new one as I was under the impression it was either a 70 or 80% loan dependant on business.

On the bright side the Beef calf scheme looks to be paid on time as per last year, thanks people.

DrDunc, can I have your mechanics phone number please as I need a shot of some sunglasses, and they look the business.

Penmoel, we have some free transfers from our first team if you need some 'specialist' help in your Govt. We tried them on EBay but got no bids...

Has anyone any idea how much the new IT system is costing as that's gone hush hush, I take it the 'old' [(2yr old) 178millionK] one has been scrapped now as apparently it wouldn't 'talk' to the new one, so everything had to be got out of it and re entered manually into the new one.. Gossip goes the old one broke down and the Dept staff were threatened with expulsion if it wasn't sorted and they bought parts off EBay to get it going..

Anyone heard what Richard Lockhead is doing with himself these days?

Interesting times.

There is no new computer system, it's still the same one they spent millions on in 2015. How much it has cost now is a very good question, and how much staff time wasted? There should be a proper inquiry and heads should role. It's inevitable that the minister gets the blame, but we all know they sign the paperwork, but it's the civil servants who come up with the scheme, and they should be held to account.

Ours came today signed and ready for sending back. No mention of what percentage it is, they must have taken last years 80% figure and trimmed some more of it.
