moved heifers off the peat (before they moved themselves) and topped the rushes. Keep the landlords happy!

Gathered the ewes this evening and drew out some lambs for town.

Saw something I never seen before. A lamb excitedly jumped out of the trailer and knock himself out on the last deck support bar, He fell in a ruck, bawled and just lay there motionless, but still breathing. After five helpless minutes of thinking he was going, He opened his eyes and jumped up, albeit a bit wobbly. Will see what the morning brings. :nailbiting:
