Does anyone know what's these bolts are called and where I can get them thanks Stuart

Ah right. I seem to think there are similar ones around the outside of the bed you could swap over.
You can certainly swap the outside ones for hex.
Would maybe be prudent to have the proper bolts for the hubs

They are called knurled or splined bolts. Measure the length, what thread and the diameter of the knurled part and you should be able to source replacements (or ones very close with a bit of fettling).

Is this a similar size - but please note that one is not knurled?

Thank you not quite there M10 about a inch long that looks like one for the blades
