MF 5480 front suspension error code.

I wonder if anyone on here can tell me what the following error code is 3 flashes a pause then 8 flashes, I have had the dealers laptop plugged in! It said the lowering solenoid was faulty. Put a new one on, it made no difference, I've tried calibration too. Thanks,

are u getting power to the solinoid whem u drop the front suspension

Hi Rolfy I checked the power supply to both solenoids this morning, one has a constant power supply, the other is switching on and off with the switch in the cab!

did u replace the the valve and magnet or just the magnet ?
