Only 26500 !!!!! [emoji22] at least dealer didn't come out with the old chestnut ... " never had one of those go before ?? "
My Fusion 2 lasted till 45000 bales before that one went !!
Crikey, that's not many for that to let go, have a feeling ours lasted similar to your other one, around 50k bales.
Our oldest F1 had 110k on the clock by the time the top skin cut through- new skins and it is still used as a spare and about 180k on the computer I think! Can't speak highly enough of them, once you know your way around certain things, almost unstoppable.

I really wish some so called plumbers would think before they got the hammer out, took a bit of effort, but got the tile out without damaging the Ines around it. [emoji106]
One of those, while your here, can you sort this for me, a mate was looking for a leak and did this, won't come back to fix it

A bit of lateral thinking and 1 happy customer [emoji41]

What was it like before you got there then if you took the tile out?

They would take some beating ... it's a shame really this is the only breakdown I've had and it's happened to both Fusions I've had ☹️
Made worse this time by breaking the chain [emoji22]last time the sprockets just fell on the floor and stopped it [emoji849]only replaced the chains at the star of the season as well [emoji15]
Have had a bit of an issue with the nylon roller cleaners in the chamber wearing through this time ... replaced several of them [emoji389][emoji389]

Chains was our biggest failing point- ended up running Chinese chain that lasted twice as long and cost half as much.
We did a few pickup bars as well, and the little rollers in the pickup cam- but serious serious bale counts by the time they let go.
My boss always wanted the guage in the red, so he could charge along to the end of the bale and still get a net on it
A bit of a dick that fella :cautious: if it wasn't for that, they would have been almost troublefree all season after the usual bearing replacements etc.. oh and the sabotaged film from Melbourne, that was really neat, some coozer in the factory had been nicking the ends of the rolls with a blade:mad::mad::mad: got lots of exercise that year

Where the plasterboard is missing at the bottom, so was the tile, had to remove the rest of the tile, replace and support the edges of the plasterboard, cut the pipework back and replace as it had been damaged with the hammering, drill the tile and then reassemble it all :)

at least you know how to stack bales
What do you do with the muck you scrape out?
What about bedding?

Ah yes, a lad can certainly stack a bale 1 on 3...
Will roll out straw once it gets nice and mucky in there, have hopefully got some more nice pea hay to go in there to fatten some pigs in the spring. It doesn't really get wet or mucky til you put the straw in so not in any real hurry- a month from turnout is pretty good.
Scrapings just get drizzled over the compost heap out the back- now it's nice and damp, it should help keep the rain out a little. Only about every 10 to 14 days I have to scrape.
I have a deal with an arable farmer down the road, 16 big bales of pea straw/hay for a big load of bacon and pork once the pigs are done- the only one unhappy is Mr Inland Revenue.
They break it all up and go bobbing for peas- fermented peas- have you seen drunk pigs before? :ROFLMAO: it really dries it out well though, and I get bacon instead of ammonia (y)

Yes, I don't think we paid for most of the wrap- I think the story was a disgruntled employee on the rampage :finger::finger:
sometimes you'd have to start the wrap 3 times to wrap a bale :inpain: we tried different gears in the dispensers, slowing the wrapper, everything, as the film wasn't obviously damaged to look at it  just about wore out the wee park break switch on the Masseys ;)

So the floor is concrete?
Don't it get very messy?
Here we would scrape out every couple of days, just the bit where they feed and bed down the rest with straw every couple of days
