Turning up the last of the straw, it hasn't got any thicker in the last 2 weeks. I lost a lot in the stubble but the rows were too small at only 20 feet each to bale singly.

Yes that is now equivalent to a 40 foot cut combine, with straw walkers too.

Fencing the beggars out of one of the lakes which they trashed last time they grazed this field.

Ah the joy of owning your own combine, Cleared around 12 acres by milking time when the shaker shoe stopped.. umm... shaking.

a 22mm square shaft with 4 13mm holes drilled along its length. If that's not a weak point I dunno what is:confused: Got a little upset  so went baling Straw to chill out.

Despite all the trials & tribulations you folk deal with day to day I really envy what you do.
Today my day is mostly this.... on the left is monthly spend for stock/consumables (not pay or services)....on the right is a pretty graph...... and its in millions. The number around the 2,500 mark is the number of transactions through our internal catalogue. Sometimes what folk buy is expensive, sometimes its cheap...a few stitches are cheaper than a few heart valves surprisingly... what the head honcho`s want is more months like June/July and less like Apr/May................well lock the feckin doors & stop people getting ill then.:banghead::rolleyes:
