Would parts be all that expensive/scarce? I've never seen a 9000, but from what I remember of 8600's and 9600's they were basically what became TW's. If it's the same engine block, it was a fair old lump and later got 'fuelled up' to a lot more hp in all sorts of other models.but getting it back to working condition could cost.

I've been on the look out for the New Holland stamped ones lately.
Try Robert Wraight ? Got those Ford ones for £25 each. Everyone else seems to be £30-40.
