Confirmed Dale Farm drop base milk price by 0.5p for November supplies to 30p (29.7+ 0.3 members bonus) In addition 2p winter bonus will be paid and volume bonus mostly 0.3p/0.4p depending on volume supplied (paid annually in August)

To be honest it looks like DF let too much milk go.

There are compelling reasons for such a scheme. What happens to spot milk price in the short term is completely irrelevant. The two issues are not linked, so don't try to make one. Market prices will go up and down, regardless of what individual company schemes are in operation. The scheme is designed to answer the needs of the co-op in the medium and long terms only.
