BASE-UK President

Sad news received about the passing of the President. Condolences to his family and friends, many I imagine are TFF members.

Yes so very sorry to hear of Jim Bullock’s very untimely death.
He was always pleased to see me and had been a great inspiration to our 17 years of No Till Drilling.
He will be greatly missed and our thoughts are with his family and friends.

A great loss to BASE UK of someone so generous with their time, knowledge and experience.
A far greater loss to his family and friends. My condolences to them all.

I can only echo the thoughts of others, what a shock. A true gentleman, that I had the privilege of meeting a couple of years ago.
I hope the FW do a suitable tribute, he is surely one of the longest serving contributors.

RIP Jim, and thank you for your contribution to uk agriculture.

Received a message from Nigel today that he asked I post on TFF

To say I have been reading the many fantastic tributes to my brother Jim on the Farming Forum and I was wondering if it would be possible for you to post notification of his memorial service which is on Friday 2nd of February at 2.30pm in the Malvern College chapel, his old school, with refreshments afterwards and all welcome to attend. Just thought more local people may wish to attend.

Many thanks

Nigel Bullock
