To the forum mods

thanks you do super job of running this forum, and don't think you get much thanks really for what often is a thankless task running farming forum with the arguments and bitchin that goes on sometimes, hope other posters don't mind but I say this on behalf of the forum thank you and long may this forum continue!

Nobody I know of on here thinks that TFF is anything other than overwhelmingly good; but, like every other human endeavour, it isn't perfect. We're all grateful to Clive and co. for the idea, their work and the ongoing effort of running it.

However, none of that changes the fact that some decisions have been and are viewed as wrong by some of us. So what? It doesn't mean that we think any the less of TFF or the staff, it just means we disagree with them in a few matters. Such is life... (y)

Yes. Perhaps things have happened that don't suit us all. And things will no doubt happen again! But the last thing we want is to see the forum becoming a lesser place. To the vast majority of us it's an asset for FREE.! Over 30,000 members so it must be doing something right;)

If there are people that believe TFF is a hot bed of dissent, bitching or antisocial behaviors they need to try some other forums! This place is like a convalescent home by comparison to some regions of the web I have frequented. Im talking grammar police central and folks using the Bible as a source of peer reviewed evidence!

On one car forum a chap merely asked about engine oils and it descended into a full blown flame war which had to be locked!
