Hook them up the other way around, weight nearest the towing tractor. Like the local lime spreading contractor(retired)
It’s just a lot quicker and easier to put the loader at the back. Just drop ramps and pull the pin and your can start spreading, then use the telehandler line the hitch up before sticking it back on the trailer and your away.
If I put the spreader on the back I’ve got pull all the pipes and shaft then try and couple it to the back of the low loader without the telehandler which is a task in its self.

Ps let me know what I owe you for the 3cwt of wheat thanks(y)

Bit more spreading this morning, this time it’s wast calamine. The farm up the road grows it then steams the oil out or it then sells the roar calamine oil, they also process incense from the Middle East and othe exotic oils.
We usually get tasked with spreading the waste.

Then the last load of wheat gone, doubtful we’ll have as much to sell next year with this weather :(

Guy with the 14t digger came had a look and declined to help for fear of getting stuck him self. Left them to it as I had to go to a christening but the boy who’s john Deere was stuck text at 7pm to say he had just been winched out. Not sure what they are using but talks of a local forestry guy with two winches on county’s going to the rescue. The class tractor was also now on the edge of a ditch
Just why ???
