Hertfordshire Agricultural Society is going places, are you a member yet? The County Show is the Society’s showcase event, and takes place this Saturday and Sunday, but there’s many other benefits of membership. Come along and enjoy the two-day show and find out more.

The Sheep Marquee is bigger than ever. We’ve huge numbers entered in the Cattle Judging too.
There’s plenty for the family to do - here are ten things for kids to enjoy:
1) Tractor Ted! He'll be bringing a bouncy castle, activity trail, digger den, and welly wanging
2) Outdoor Games! Heart Radio will be joining us with all sorts of classic games like naughts and crosses and connect four
3) Farmyard Animals! The Hertfordshire farmyard will have lambs, piglets, chickens and cows. Make sure to stop by the showing rings to see horses and prize winning livestock
4) The Circus! Happy's Circus won't just be performing over the weekend, you will also be able to learn from these international artists in their workshops
5) Horse and Bike Stunts! We will have the Stampede Stunt Co here on Saturday, and the Imps Motorcycle Display Team on Sunday - they're sure to wow and amaze!
6) Bassets and Beagles! Learn about these lovely dogs and you might even be able to give them a cuddle
7) Face Painting! Check out the cancer research stand and get all painted up.
8) Silent Disco! Show off some of your best moves at Meraki's silent disco
9) The Dinky Derby! Cheer as this group of brilliant 8 - 13 year olds race their ponies.
10) Eagle Heights! This brilliant display will be on both Show days, performing in the rings, and in their Countryside Area stand so you can ask all sorts of questions!
