Good evening any advice please

Large sliding door on shed is becoming harder to slide shut its approx 15ft x15ft box section and tin. Whats the best way to get it running better? Lubrication? Remove and replace the rollers? Any pointers would be great

There's usually height adjustment on the top rollers. If you have a guide bar in the botom it may need raising off this. Spray oil on the top rollers, the adjusting nuts & leave for a few days as they are usually seized up! Then raise by a few turns.

My Big timber door on barn bows in the sun then seizes . I think its the peg that stops it swinging at the bottom that it binds
Bin threatening to make a roller / guide wheel but hasn't happened yet

Sometimes the nylon rollers dry out with lack of lubrication and then bind up. You then end up with a flat spot on them as they wont rotate as you slide the door and the problem will keep making itself worse as the roller diameter decreases and the door drops.

Is it catching on the floor/floor rail. Maybe a daft question but ours do that as the building settles. We seem to have to keep on adjusting the up now and again. Usually the rollers aren't a problem if oiled now and again.

I had similler size box And tin door
First get up in a man basket or ladder to have a way up
I had similar and oiled the track and roller axles with a oil can with a pipe on but it started sticking a year or so latter and the adjusting bolt whent thro a tin chassis between the roller wheels amd it split open letting the door mount bolt drop so i had to remove rollers jut Couldnt het new so i welded up ttje old ones
Hope this helps
