I am no expert, but I will bet that if he has gained a right to be supplied water, then the supplier (you) will be legally responsible for ensuring that the water supplied is safe.Thats nice to hear
What gets the water to his place? Surely there is pipe somewhere and is it gravity fed or some pump somewhere? Maybe a good option is half the price of mains?No hes not costing me anything or hindering my business
