Trimble ag-715 rtk radio

good afternoon evening!!

Having recently purchased a new to me second hand Fendt tractor I have since found that it has a Trimble rtk ag715 radio in it.. I would like to sell it but would like some advice on what it’s worth and whether any one would be interested in buying it? I know they are around 3600 new but can’t find any second hand around to get a price. The tractor hasn’t done any hours at all and it is obviously like new. Any advice welcome..
thanks.

Are you selling just the slot in radio (AG-715) or the entire receiver AG-382?

The radio on its own probably won't command that much, maybe a few hundred quid. The receiver quite a bit more obviously and especially if its unlocked for RTK.

Why are you selling it?

Well as I was offered £500 for a 750 screen unlocked to glonass, rtk, section control. I'd say just the rtk radio is worth next to bugger all.
Needless to say it's staying.

The reason for selling is that I want to connect to a topcon mobile hyper-ag base that I have so I’ll need a satel radio. I know a friend had bought one from as comma for 1800 quid which was ex hire and came with a 6 month warranty. I was hoping for 1500 so it would find the satel radio.

Friend was quoted 2k for the radio for back of 750
Someone is making a handy margin!

External low power UHF radios, like Satel’s are available for £800 wholesale or under a grand retail. Last 35 watt base radio I bought was less than that.

I now source alternative brand digital UHF radios that are fully compatible but cost a fraction of the product from Satel, Trimble, ArWest, PacCrest etc.
