Although on most sites you have to segregate what dig out for muck away as rules are strict on we're it goes off site ,!
Cant be that strict if you could see the heap at the back of my house ,,rocks,soil,greenery,tree roots all gone in the same heap on this site ,,its all going of site to be dumped in an old quarry along with thousands of tons of uter cack thats been dumped there over the years .
They put some though a screen when its dry but most of it gets pushed in a hole
 
You might be better asking on a construction based website? Not many farmers will know much about the profitability of shifting muck which isn't excreted from a animal.

its all about accountability these days every load off site had to be traced
