Best practices to help grass after events

In the spring we host many events from music to beer festivals and car boot sales on our land and as a result there is a lot of traffic going over some of our fields. What do you think the best practices are to help restore the grass before hay making? Should I be aerating and grass harrowing? All thoughts welcome

I would have thought a vertidrain or ground breaker type machine to break the compaction and get air round the roots again. Maybe a grassland subwoofer would do if surface disruption wouldn't be an issue
