I here that the big retailers are stockpiling dairy products over the next few months, just in case there is a hard Brexit. So that they can continue to supply their customers and get out of paying a tariff .
There has been a rise in cheese imports which may be being stockpiled.
Maybe some "Rustica", olde worlde shed at the bottom of the garden like the Italians do ???Where are they going to stockpile it?

Mmmm. I wonder is it possible to move a mature recipe cheese half way through maturation to another store, without upsetting the product. I remember visiting some bespoke cheesemakers in France, who matured their cheeses in the most disgusting dumps of cellars, because the mould on the walls influenced the flavour.
Apparently @westwards its pilgrims choice that good old British /Irish cheese, I expect you've heard of that stuff havn't you.?That is the very reason we should buy British.
