The Autumn Sale of Lincoln Red Cattle is on 20th October at Newark.
It is a high health sale with no other cattle present.
@JP1 Can you please put the Catalogue here?
Why not try a Lincoln Red in your commercial herd ? You will not be disappointed!
Easy care, Easy Calving, Easy feeding, Hardy, will live of forage, and will finish easily with high Quality meat.

Not long to go now!! Washing and trimming on Wednesday!
Last winter I brought 28 cows in
1 was MT
26 calved themselves and sucked themselves
1 needed a slight pull but got up and sucked itself.
You can not get nearer easy care than that!!

For the farm shop owners and breeders have a look at Lincoln Russet or South Ormsby estate on Facebook. You will see the quality of the meat and what they do. Lincoln Red and Lincoln Red crosses have won many rib and carcass competitions, particularly crossed with Blues and Lims, but any cross will do. With Brexit looming they are cheap to keep on forage which is a big bonus. They are also used on many Nature reserves as the breed of choice. So make your way to Newark on Saturday and you will not be disappointed!

Lincoln Red's are also popular in both Canada and Australia. Both extensive grassland country's. Again they are popular because they do well on both natural and conserved grass. Again if you google you will find how they live cheap over there. The Canadians/americans and aussies often visit this country to look at our genetics.
