Yield meter on my lexion is spot on if you calibrate it properly, just sayin
My first year with one this year was ok but need a weighbridge to be really accurate in my opinion which defeats the object. I've got Elec sieves vario and yield metre and if I was to do without one it would be the yield monitor

I see, the black plastic cut out thing has a chute running the grain down to it from the bubble up augur.
Yeah there should be a litre measure in the bottom the hole that catches grain so you can weigh it for the yield meter .

That will be a good combine we had a 430 on demo before we got our 450 and it went well

I didn't mean actually leave the cab on our previous tx66 you could reach the little window and sample on the move but the claas is just too far away

Wonder what hse think of these comments wtf would you leave the seat of a moving combine and leave the cab!

Can the trailer driver not test sample between unloading?

It’s not that bad:rolleyes: I usually just neal in the passenger seat grab a handful and sit down again to test it, it’s not like your actualy leaving the cab:stop: although you do have to be quick or the header cuts out:facepalm:. Autotrack does help a lot though(y)

The big window in the back of the cab helps to see what the sample looks like, keeping the glas clean makes a big difference though.

Ps, that’s just to check the moisture and set the cebis. If I’m checking the gl/ha I usually wait till I’ve emptied the first tank then fill the jug out of the trailer, mainly as there’s not enough room to fill the jug out the whole in the tank and the scales bounce around to much if the machine is moving :ROFLMAO:
