You can’t stop them they are sociopaths.
I just try to keep people sharp and keep informing them on what to look out for on this forum. I clean up a lot of crap out here and Yorkshire but they keep moving on.
This company is gfsd and they have a magnificent . What they arr foing is fraud. The guy hasnt replied to about 20 emails. I saw he was seemingly doing dame thing with red tower several years ago. I assume he will judt wind up his ltd company and ealk off with his stolen cash

Wherever there are government grants there are con men like this. Unfortunately its Buyer Beware. Its just a case of GREED the customer sees an easy buck from a subsidy and will do anything to get it often without thinking twice. I work in the renewables industry and unfortunately I have seen this too often. Dont forget this is what brought down the Irish Government.

This guy does not reply to emails....his excuse was that he was on annual leave. I think lm blocked from putting anything on facebook. He is not MCS registered so cannot get the rhi. He claimed to have a massive contract with Mitsubishi...surprisingly now it's LG. Says he is backed by hedge fund but no details of this, His website says things are being held back due to Assignment of Rights legislation but assures everyone that things are still going ahead..this has been on the website for about 6 months and he is still collecting £199 from other people. From my experience, once you pay this creep he will vanish. You could try Trading Standards or Action Fraud but l actually think these are useless organisations and will do nothing. In reality, without prejudice, l think people like kinning can continue with their seeming scams and will make ££££s before they close their businesses and set up further 'ventures'. Look on company house and see that he is director of loads of companies, some of which have been compulsorily closed.
Kinning refuses to respond to emails as does the other named director and questions put on the website to the airsource heat team also are not responded to.
I think all that can be done is for people to be aware of GFSD and also any companies offering this seemingly wonderful offer as they are probably linked to GFSD.

GFSD take your money and disappear into the ether no answers to emails or phone calls and certainly no air source heat pump installation. no refund despite promises - we are having to claim from our credit card company who want copies of all correspondence!! not easy when there isn't any

the director david kinning was great befote l paid the £199. since then ive sent him.about 20 emails and he only responded one when he promised to phone me back to answer my queries but he never did
david kinning told me that mitsubishi ecodan were best heat pumps available and you had a massive contract with them. My contract is to have a mitsubidhi pump fitted but now you are only advertising LG. what has happened to your massive contract with mitsubishi
l paid my £199 in May and eas told it epuld be fitted in.mid July. im still waiting and l see other people are. l expected to have tje heating in by winter and it doesnt look.possible. ive asked for my money back bit cant get any response from gfsd so have had go resort to writing on here.

I don't think there is anything you can do. Action Fraud will do nothing, Trading Standards ditto, Creeps like kinning can just do what they want, I note he hasn't replied to anything on this Forum which his associates did when there were previous alleged scams discussed on this site. I cant access GFSD on Facebook but if you can it might be useful if anyone you know warns people of kinning and his 'multi national company;....with virtual address in London and perhaps you might direct them to the m asses of companies he has got on Companies House.....perhaps he might even reply to our queries on this forum and explain about the problem with AoR legislation which he claims is holding things up, But as stated, Action etc are useless...just look up Trust Pilot revues!!

Surely people contact other clients to get feedback on how their projects were handled, delivery, time keeping and contact throughout the project?
It just doesn’t compute with me. I tell clients to ring at least 3 people from the list of references. Guide them on how the money they give me is insured and program of works. I’m dumbfounded.

Yes - agree.
The laws need updating and people need more protection from the likes of KINNING.

Again you are 100% correct but sadly lots of people don't... they are honest and the default position is they believe everyone else is as honest as them.
Or check only when it is too late, concerns have set in, and find info through sites like this.
Plus KINNING is very plausible when dealing with him, like a true fraudster he seems totally genuine, has all the answers etc etc different companies, new funding platforms, new deals... waffle waffle waffle
However, hopefully before too long he'll be in for a nice surprise
