Waterproof trousers and jacket

I purchased some guy cotton expensive £80+ bib and brass, very compfy and breathable but three months old now and material starting to flake at top of leg disappointed.

Have you chased again lately?
Been trying to get hold of him today.

I tried on Friday and left voicemails. Then I got a message saying he is winding up the company for personal reasons and all outstanding deliveries would be refunded in full and I would get an email to confirm.

No email and no refund so far.
