On another note, finally got round to replacing front cab worklights supplied by @UTV Products

Picture halfway through, originals on left and new LEDs on right

After I had finished I turned them all on and could see them lighting up a brick wall 30 ft in front in daylight!

I'm hoping not, we'll see in next few weeks when I start spring drilling.

Main reason for converting to LED's was that the seed drill's metering system uses 2 electric motors, fine for daytime drilling but at night with all (14) lights on, the alt light comes on and low voltage error codes come on drill controller, my thinking is LED's will use less power and give everything an easier time

Hi Rob, Did you have all 4 as flood beam or 2 of each? Thanks for image. Regards Martin

Check your cab has a good earth
I looked at mine and the batteries were earthed to the chassis then a lead came up and went to a bracket on the chassis not the cab so put a new lead between chassis and cab

I have the same problem when wrapping at night, with all the lights on it throws a wobbly and the control box shows up low voltage and my alternator light is on. Let us know if it solves the problem cause I'm thinking of changing mine, why not go for all floods instead of 2 of each?

I got sent all floods
We stock both flood and spot with the norm being flood beam as with all tractor work lights. However if when chatting things like bale chasing or drilling come up in conversation then in our thinking both tasks benefit by having some distance beam as well as a flood beam. Therefore will send 2 spot and 2 flood.

As with everything we sell there is a standing offer and agreement to exchange/upgrade anything that is not bringing the best and preferred result. I stand by 2 spot and 2 flood for drilling. Hope that explanation helps. M

Seems a spot on way of setting the lights out best of both worlds

They’re brighter and whiter but then i never had a voltage drop issue in the Navara just a blown dip element. It appears to dip beam effectively. Main beam appears to be more focused a bit higher than the halogens.
