I have a 09 fendt 818 and today when I went too put the sprayer on the free flow return had a small bit off pressure on it (not much)when the tractor is running now if you turn up the oil flow it will over power it but is still putting a pull on the hydraulic system anyone any ideas what could be the problem thanks

Some sort of obstruction clearly. When was the last time the large return hydraulic filter was changed? I’d start by replacing that, if it’s not been done recently, or if it has been then taking it out and inspecting it and the sealing o-rings for any damage.

Also check/replace the atmosperhic filter on the filler/vent cap of the hydraulic tank, as the tank could be pressurising slightly.

My 415 has back pressure on the free flow return. Is it a dump straight in to the tank or more complex?
Not sure there is anything wrong really.

No it returns into valve chest on right hand side off tractor but some other pipes return in to it too like the front and back life arms if I get a screw driver or some thing and push in fitting oil will pump out off return pipe

If there’s no fitting on the free flow return then all the oil pisses out so there will be a little pressure
I understand that but let's say I fold out the booms off the sprayer when I'm using the functions off the sprayer it's fine but when I don't use the functions off the sprayer the oil is ment to be able to free flow around cos tractor is in constant pumping it is pressurising both pipes If u no what I mean kinda hard to explain lol

Are you plumbing the sprayer into a normal spool or via PowerBeyond?
