The better half wanted the horsebox checked over before show season, all in good order but how often should the wheel bearings be greased, if at all, are they sealed?

You can’t do anything with them.they are just a bearing unit either side of hub and can’t be adjusted.replace them for peace of mind if you’re worried.cant be too expensive.

Depends if they are twin bevels or a single barrel, the barrel type are sealed, twin bevel aren't as they are two seperate parts,, if its a 500 model or above I would say they are sealed

The older type had a very large nut on the outside and could be tightened up. I have a socket and bar here which is miraculously for sale!
As said, the "newer" ones are sealed and cannot be adjusted.
