One of these would tick so many boxes for me, I’d love to buy one, it’s even British but it’s going to have to be 4 wheel steer, why isn’t this an option and is it ever likely to happen?

When i had one on demo i asked this question as the one i had on demo had barely an lock, was told was because it had to much power yet claas managed it with xerionsOne of these would tick so many boxes for me, I’d love to buy one, it’s even British but it’s going to have to be 4 wheel steer, why isn’t this an option and is it ever likely to happen?

A dont get why there not the same size wheels front an backXerion tyres are the same size front and back though. Maybe that has some bearing on it.
You would think if that was the case they would just limit the top speed to the same as the 4000 if you wanted 4wsIs it to do with the speed regs and the need for a solid steering link over a certain speed?

Massive thing. There’s been one here this last week bedtilling for carrots. It’s like turning a boat around and exactly why it’s not mass market. Also been a JD 8000R on another bedtiller and it’s much better for that job. They had a 4220 on a ridger and it was a much better all rounder.
The 8000 series Fastracs are best left to the slurry contractors with massive tankers injecting.
We had one for a few days on demo last autumn. I think it’s a superb bit of kit but only having 2ws makes it highly unsaleable in my view.

We demo a one of these last year to heavy for the power it had ,gut less on the road, could not see any thing of the 3 point linkage ,far to much money for what it was,One of these would tick so many boxes for me, I’d love to buy one, it’s even British but it’s going to have to be 4 wheel steer, why isn’t this an option and is it ever likely to happen?

Was a contractor in with a 8330 and a forage wagon doing a neighbours silage. If they can get in and out his gates and round his yard they'll go anywhere!
Tractors meant to chipped and slip clutch on forage wagon solid! He certainly shifted some grass in a day.
One i had outpulled a fendt 936 i had on demo week before just the turning circle let it downWhat is so different about this tractor compared to any other 300hp machine?
Second hand Xerion? I know a guy with one who might part with his now a new saddletrac has popped up....

A lot of similar sized tractors will out yank a 936 as they arent as heavy as the green or red offerings and had a shorter wheelbase historically.
