It will be for sale a bit longer now.....if planning issue is for lagoon surely they cannot refuse a steel tower ....so wouldnt it be better to get over this major issue before putting the place on the market.
The owner had applied for a large pit ,but the proximity to the village was a problem. In the proceeding years the bank took over the farm,usually bank sales are handled by BJP in this neck of the woods.

Bio digester nextdoor , big Jersey herd sold up and rented all there land to them, so rents at pub gossip levels of £500 plus, quite a few from that area rent cheap ground up with us.

The agents a sharp character. There will be loads of interest in it and I’m sure it’ll go well above the asking.

I was thinking that. I was told that prices 'up north' were advertised low to drum up interest, then bid away, with many places making a lot more than advertised (buyers will still say they got it cheap) compared to England where prices posted are often optimistic, most they think they MIGHT get, then buyers make a lower offer?

Are all these 200/250 acre places big enough for a dairy farm these days?
