I found all this interesting so have started a new thread @Brisel @Feldspar @Badshot @John SlejpnerThey also didn't have the advantage of chems having lowered levels of the bad guys so we can have a year or two without too many issues, they are now building and likely to cause problems, we can only hope that the predators catch up quickly or there could be some real issues , weve not used any insecticide for quite a few years and didn't use deter last year, so far so good but bydv was an issue before and may become again

@ollie989898 , I think that is the Clavell Tower in the Purbecks about 25 miles to the east . Purbeck ice cream is very good . Not sure about the surfing although the wind surfing and kite surfing in Portland harbour is excellent hence the 2012 Olympics were held here .

i can remember a number of years back the ladybirds at harvest had the grain moving in the store what would the assurance lot would make of that?What will actually kill the 2nd generation of aphids? I could see lots of spiders (but do they catch the wingless ones), but not a huge number of ladybirds.
