The prize for the correct acreage is a " Free day out rougeing ryegrass on the stunning Dorset Coast " . Lunch can be provided and you can stay for several days if you like . Oh , and feel free to bring family and friends .

Tell us about the ice cream, I understand there is plenty of that available in your region. And the surfing, how far away are you from:

They also didn't have the advantage of chems having lowered levels of the bad guys so we can have a year or two without too many issues, they are now building and likely to cause problems, we can only hope that the predators catch up quickly or there could be some real issues , weve not used any insecticide for quite a few years and didn't use deter last year, so far so good but bydv was an issue before and may become again
I found all this interesting so have started a new thread @Brisel @Feldspar @Badshot @John Slejpner

Without doubt - synthetic agriculture only has one winner ........ and it’s not farmers

But then whenever you discuss the removal of subsidies half the forum is up in arms because their cake rep, fertiliser trader and JD salesman will feel the pinch!! In that kind of insane asylum you soon lose track of who are the inmates and who are the wardens!

@ollie989898 , I think that is the Clavell Tower in the Purbecks about 25 miles to the east . Purbeck ice cream is very good . Not sure about the surfing although the wind surfing and kite surfing in Portland harbour is excellent hence the 2012 Olympics were held here .

What will actually kill the 2nd generation of aphids? I could see lots of spiders (but do they catch the wingless ones), but not a huge number of ladybirds.
i can remember a number of years back the ladybirds at harvest had the grain moving in the store what would the assurance lot would make of that?
