May was heading to be really dry at 20mm, then we went and got 30mm in the last week.

Rained every day but one since 25th May. An inch forecast for today (it's just started) and half an inch tomorrow. No completely dry days forecast for the next ten days:banghead::facepalm:

5ml came down and I think 4 have already gone back up. Let's hope we do better at the weekend.

1mm. Total of 4 for June. 23 since Easter. BUT made enough silage, sheep sheared, just turned out onto aftermaths and spring barley looks very well. Odd really. Lambs do look like they’ve been a bit short of grass though

Serious rain here today, I don't know the total but we probably had 25mm in 10-15 mins during milking, the last time I remember it raining so hard Coverack washed away.

The rain today probably saved us about £10k.

I was thinking about this this morning while hoping for rain and I thought very roughly that if we'd had enough to make a difference then £1000/ml wouldn't be a silly figure.
