Collins Trailers / Re-lining brake shoes

We have an old Collins trailer that I want to sort the brakes on so we have a spare trailer to run grain out the field.

Obviously they don't exist anymore, but did someone take them over or same bodies/axles use on another brand?

Also is it possible to still get shoes re-lined? On is that not a thing anymore?

You will be able to get them relined locally somewhere.
I did an old 10 ton trailer a few years back it was pretty easy to find a company to do it .
And it wasn’t that expensive fairly cheep if I remember

Thanks for the replies. Turns out our local engineering firm can sort out the re-lining at a fraction of the cost of a new shoe :).
Up to 10 day turnaround tho.
Old Safety McSafe (father) doesn't want all hubs off at once. So front hubs today and back ones in a fortnight I expect.

Then drum and wheel off in one, flick the shoes off with tyre lever and dab of grease on bearing and push drum back on, all 4 done in an hour easily. That’s what we do so that we can wheel them back out or use around the yard

Ahhhh, great idea, so simple (y)(y).
Had the front 2 off just before lunch - shower dodging in the sprayer at the mo - will crack the back 2 off tomoz morn.
Cheers
