No, it’s on the 19th gear clutch pack which essentially is on the pinion shaft. NH cheated when they needed 50k and added an extra clutch pack onto the 18speed box which then uses direct drive trough the box from the flywheel to the pinion shaft. Similar principle to the JCB Torque lock
Some operators say on certain tractors you can tell when tractor is changing clutch packs,

My 6090 has lost top gear , I take it the 19th gear clutch pack ? Is it a big job then ?

How do you mean lost, does it slip or make a noise? Any error codes? There's a failsafe dump system to make sure it's can't be engaged when in any other gear, this could be worth checking depending on your other answers.
