Not yet, but if it carries with rain/heavy showers for the next month then it could be. Hasn't been any proper growthy heat yet either.

I don't want to see growthy heat until it dries up enough to cut. Grass shooting as it is.

How much milk does June grass support?
Due to the high price of replacements last year,I left the bull in with the herd a bit longer so have a few cows calved recently. They’re doing 28 to 36 litres. My goats giving 20 litres are on 3 kg ( they were on 2kg). What do the fresh cows need? Hoping to get a few caught by Mr Bull before he comes out 1st of August...definite!

That's what mine are getting,you're feeding your own cows,if it's too much it will go on their backs,working out about 0.16kg/litre for june

Good times, was there for 2 stags in 3 weeks around 10 years ago. One of the best weekends of my then single life.
