Emails in folders

Is there any way that I can automatically move say invoices to a folder. So that each month I can just open that folder and go through them,if that makes sense.

You may find a proper email client (some of these are free or built into browsers) will have more functionality and will make all this a lot easier. MS have Outlook which can handle emails at many different servers or addresses (for example, my Outlook handles emails from three differing email accounts all from different servers) and you can set rules to sort mail into different folders according to who it is from or similar.

Vanilla spec gmail might not have the same level of functionality.

As above, set up a rule which automatically puts all emails with either a common subject, message text, etc... into a separate folder. If not possible, then just manually move them into a folder
