On farm flock dispersal sale for JF & PMC Milner, Bales Farm, Healey, Ripon, North Yorkshire, HG4 4NH.
Sale conducted by Leyburn Auction Mart.

Upland farm, all SDA at around 1000ft.

Strong, prolific ewes, capable of producing top quality fat lambs (lambs averaged £110/head in 2018, selling from June to December at Thirsk Auction Mart). All ewes scan routinely at 200%. High cull ewe value (av. £106/head Hawes Auction Mart 2018)

All females are home-bred, with the exception of 45 Hill Cheviots, purchased off farm in Aberdeenshie, 2018.
All shearlings & ewes in Heptavac P system & footvax. All ewes Toxovax as shearlings.

250 ewes (comprising of mainly home bred TexelxBeltex, 40 North Country Cheviots & NCCxTexel, and 45 2 shear Hill Cheviots)
130 home-bred TexelxBeltex shearlings
60 February born gimmers (comprising mainly TexelxBeltex & 8 Suffolk x)
50 April-born TexelxBeltex gimmers
60 April-born Suffolk x & Fronteira x Texel gimmers (http://www.logiedurnosheep.co.uk/maternal-sires/fronteira/)
11 Home-bred TexelxBeltex shearling rams

Two pedigree Beltex 2 shear rams (Heathery hall Commander & Clyde Cracker, both purchased from Lanark society sale as ram lambs)
