Not a job you want on a Sunday morning. That’s 4th one broke in just over a year, nearly 10%, poor form that.

3rd calver just out of robot, didn’t excite herself last lactation, more than making up for it this time and still with a good broad back.

Anti inflammatory/pain relief as a first port of call, depends if it's infected or not as to any further treatment, if it's a cubicle related problem maybe a little straw yard time would help
